I finally watched Ocean’s Eleven after trying several times. Well, the film is pretty entertaining, and has a slightly less boring romance than most films of the genre. Nevertheless, the story ends with Tess aka Julia Roberts surprisingly returning to her (ex-)husband Ocean aka George Clooney, after having told him otherwise, and him having told her it didn’t matter if she returned to him. But staging a beautiful coup like robbing 3 casinos on the same evening (which they have prepared in a matter of 3 weeks, iirc, ?!?!) is apparently enough I know the film’s concept itself is to be completely unbelievable, but blatant incoherence like this always disappoints me. By the way, George Clooney is a lot sexier with a beard than cleanly shaven.
